Shipping and Return Information

Returns of postal packages after registration via the website or by mail send via PostNL to the Dierenplanet in Bergeijk. Elskensakker 12a 5571SK.
The full purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 days of receipt.

Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, the cost will be for you. If the product is heavier than 30 kilos and/or larger than 175 x 78 x 55 centimeters, we can pick it up from you. You can contact our customer service to schedule a pickup appointment.

You can also return your product on your own initiative without prior notice to our return address as mentioned above. The direct costs for this will then be at your own expense.

Items must be sent back as new in the original packaging. For signs of use, we will determine depreciation based on the condition of the product.

Once the product reaches us it will be processed within 3 days and you will have the purchase amount back in your account within 7 days. The refund will be made through the same process as the payment itself.

You can request a return via the form which can be found in your account. Next to the order you wish to return you can click on the "return" button. After completing and submitting the form, we will review your request.
